Great furniture design doesn’t have to fit into a handful of predetermined style categories. In fact, our favorite approach is to let inspiration from unexpected sources guide us to new ideas. The solid New Zealand pine Button table is a classic example. In this case, the beauty is in the details. Rather than using typical wood dimensions, much of the final look can be traced back to the heavier thickness on the top and the legs. This sturdy look is in keeping with the Plank Road personality while maintaining clean lines. The Button round dining table comes with a 20 inch leaf to create an oval dining table. It also features our Kinguard Performance finish which adds a little extra protection should a spill happen.

A more eclectic bedroom look can be achieved using the Westwood mirror. Designed to correlate without being too “matched up” this mirror is framed in a metal tubing motif and includes a wood tray along the front.
The Eastburn Bed might be the centerpiece that your bedroom is missing. It has a scale that suits the master bedroom while its casual lines and natural solid wood character create a calming tone. A subtle curve creates definition across the individual solid pine boards allowing a view into its old-world construction. A matching footboard and fully integrated moldings on the side rails keep the look finished and clean.

To add a sense of variety and interest, the Oakley Arm Chair correlates with the side chair of the same name rather than being an exact “match”. This arm chair design helps to further the modern style influence in the Plank Road dining room and creates a very comfortable dining chair in the process. It is also perfect for use as host and hostess chairs when mixed with the other seating options in the collection.

The ladderback chair was as common to the American farmhouse as the front porch. It has been a timeless design because it is practical and sturdy. For the Oakley Chair those same qualities exist albeit in a slightly more modern flair to go with Plank Road.

The essence of Plank Road is how the design leaves room for the natural beauty of solid wood to take center stage. That thought is well represented with the Jessup Bed. This bed uses its clean lines to make a statement. It is honest, sturdy, and prepared to look great for generations.

The 88-inch Oceanfront dining table, with two 20-inch leaves, comfortably seats up to twelve guests. The trestle base features decorative metal collars in a white painted finish rubbed through to the underlying aged bronze patina, which both complements the finish and accents the soft curvature design of the legs. As shown in the Sailcloth finish, the dining table top features a Cathedral Elm hardwood for its intriguing grain pattern.
Our Manor House dining table is crafted of unfinished, reclaimed pine timbers on top and features a reclaimed pine baluster trestle base. Ten inch clearance from the pedestal to end of table.
