In-stock Furniture

Lott’s requires payment in full on all in-stock items. Furniture items that need to be ordered require a 50% down deposit with the balance to be paid within 14 days of your merchandise coming in.

If you are not satisfied with your in-stock furniture purchase, please contact us within 3 business days of pickup or receipt of your merchandise. Merchandise will be inspected before a return is accepted. We will not take back any merchandise that has been damaged after receipt. If your merchandise is still in 100% condition, it can be returned. We do charge a 10% restocking fee and give instore credit only. Delivery fees are non-refundable, and a delivery fee will be charged to pick up merchandise.

Clearance and as-is merchandise are final sale and not able to be returned and non-refundable.

Special Order Furniture

We are happy to special order items for your home that we do not stock. Special order items cannot be returned or exchanged. It is important for you to double check measurements to make sure that your item will fit in the space that you are purchasing it for. You have 24 hours to change or cancel a special-order purchase. After the 24-hour window, a special order is non-cancellable. Furniture items that need to be ordered require a 50% down deposit with the balance to be paid within 14 days of your merchandise coming in.

Rugs & Accessories

Lott’s requires payment in full on all in-stock items. Rugs and accessories that need to be ordered require a 50% down deposit with the balance to be paid within 14 days of your merchandise coming in.

In-stock rugs and accessories can be returned within 48 hours for a full refund if in 100% condition. Merchandise will be inspected before a return is accepted. We will not take back any merchandise that has been damaged after receipt. If your merchandise is still in 100% condition, it can be returned. Rugs and accessories that are special ordered cannot be returned. Delivery fees are non-refundable, and a delivery fee will be charged to pick up merchandise.

Mattresses

If you purchase a new sleep set with a minimum price of $599, along with a mattress protector, you qualify for a one-time mattress reselection. If, after a minimum of 30 days, you are unable to comfortably adjust to your new mattress, you have up to the 60th day from the original delivery date to make a one-time reselection. Failure to use the mattress protector voids the Comfort Protection.

Any difference in price must be paid. If you select merchandise of a lesser price, you will receive store credit for the difference. The original foundation will be used with the reselected mattress. Adjustable bases cannot be returned or exchanged. There will be a delivery fee for the reselected mattress.

Exchanges of foundations due to height will be charged a 20% return fee and a delivery fee.

Damages

We inspect all merchandise in our warehouse prior to it being delivered to you to make sure that it is free of defects or damages. It is important for you to inspect your merchandise upon receipt or delivery. If you receive an item that has been damaged in transit or has a defect, we will repair or replace the damaged part. If it is unrepairable, then we will replace it. Lott’s reserves the right to determine the best solution.
